For clinicians and other professionals who desire to serve our patients in the field (i.e., within patients’ homes), please keep the following general guidelines in mind:
- Previous home health experience is required
- All nurses must have previous hospital, nursing home, or similar experience
- Only Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may serve as Home Health Aides for our agency
- Previous experience using the Kinnser point-of-care software is a major plus
- Current and valid professional license and CPR certification are required at all times
